Victorian novelist George Elliot wrote,
“It’s never to late to be what you might have become.”
I love this way of viewing this time in our lives.
The time gained from retirement is an excellent opportunity to pursue dreams and passions that you might have put on hold because of your work-life or child-rearing. For example you can take that trip to Paris you’ve always dreamed, write the novel in your head that’s been waiting to get out, or learn a new language.
