Do you live within a victim-hood framework?
Victims focus on the past and magnify all that is going wrong with their life’s blueprint. Someone else’s opinion matters more than theirs. They need approval from outside sources in order to be okay. They’re always looking for someone else to rescue or fix them.
A victim’s life framework is that someone else needs to recognize how much they need help, how deserving of it they are, and that they are incapable of doing this themselves. They require someone to feel bad for them. Or, it can be that they need a big something to happen that will fix everything in their life because they are incapable of doing it themselves. “The lottery is all I need to make my life work.” “As soon as I get that perfect job then everything will be good.” “Prince Charming will come along and see how amazing I am and rescue me from this dull dreary existence.” Women especially fall into victimhood quite easily. We’re socialized to believe we need someone to take care of us.
Victims focus on how life and circumstances keep them powerless. They focus on how dis-empowered they feel (and feel is the key word here. Feelings are not accurate as to what’s really true in life.)
STOP THE INSANITY! It’s time to take back your power!
It’s not enough to pray and plead for change in your life. Sure prayer is powerful and important but it’s time you realized the power you have to create something out of wherever you are right now. Repeatedly asking for something is focusing on the fact that it’s not there and you’re awareness is keeping it that way. Ask once, and then go to work keeping your vibrations at a level that brings you peace within. Pay attention to what your thoughts are focused on, and direct them to a bit of daydreaming about what it would be like to live with what you do want.
Managing your vibrations, manages your future.
Release yourself from a victim-hood framework by choosing to acknowledge the circumstances as they are, and then move forward towards a future that you design by managing your vibrations and focus.
The most painful experiences and circumstances provide the greatest avenue for growth and change so choose not to look at them as a victim but as a victor.
I can help you recognize and release your habit and belief of victim-hood, teach you how to better manage your own energetic vibration, and move forward with greater success in all areas of life.
